Was travelling between AB and MB when developed a truck issue. Although relatively minor it needed resolution before I could continue. Received very prompt service and reasonably priced too. No follow up I was looking at my warranty to make a claim. I was told that they had to contact Chrysler. Fine but I did not hear back from them for weeks. No follow up The service department was to get back to me about a warranty issue when it was to be fixed. That was a few months ago still have not heard anything. The only good salesman there is Dave Gavin. I would not recommend anyone going there for service or to buy. I am a lifelong Dodge driver but will be looking at another car manufacturer when it is time to buy another vehicle. More
