Horrible Took my truck in to replace engine. After I got it back found all sorts of things going wrong. Took it into 400 Dodge and they found things hadn't be Took my truck in to replace engine. Had to pay for same service twice. Would never recommend Barrie Dodge EVER!!!!! More

Not really pleased leaving there I was at the dealer for a #2 service, 2 recalls, and to replace auto start stop. I'm not going to trash the service I had the day I was in, but wou I was at the dealer for a #2 service, 2 recalls, and to replace auto start stop. I'm not going to trash the service I had the day I was in, but would like someone to understand my frustration leaving there. I was on my way home when I realized my vehicle was pulling hard to the right. I immediately pulled over and called the dealer telling them the issue. The manager got on the phone and asked if I called another local dealer because they couldn't get me back in. My reply was no due to the fact I was just in at their service department. I told the service manager they need to correct this issue. I went back to the dealer and the only solution they wanted to help with was swapping my front tires left to right. I knew this wasn't going to fix the issue but I didn't have another choice because I was leaving on a camping trip. I left knowing there will be more money out of my pocket to fix this issue that I didn't originally have going into the service that day. So in the future my only need to go back to the dealer will be to fix my numerous recalls and warranty work that this vehicle has been causing me. More
