Was on the lot today looking at a gladiator. There was nobody around to ask questions to except for one of the detailers who was very rude by the way and very unhelpful! Got my car serviced here , paula at the counter is very rude and seems to be incredibly impatience /irritable . Our family vehicle had an oil change here, later on I noticed the engine light was on showing rude and seems to be incredibly impatience /irritable . I looked under the car and the so called "certified techs" didn't tighten the oil filter enough, just lucky I didn't drive it while it was out of oil other then a quick 20 sec startup.
