Fast, efficient and as specified I booked my car in to have the winter tires removed and the summer tires put on. The shuttle driver called me when the car was ready, picked me up and delivered me to the dealership while keeping up a courteous and friendly conversation. The summer tires seem to be fine. More

Excellent service and problem solving They dealt with several issues on this visit. Initially, there was to be the regular maintenance plus the switch to our summer tires. However, somehow They dealt with several issues on this visit. Initially, there was to be the regular maintenance plus the switch to our summer tires. However, somehow the trunk wouldn’t sit flush and this was perplexing at first. A solution was figured out eventually. When the car was taken out for a test drive after the tires were change a noise was detected in the rear wheel. Upon inspection it was determined that we needed a new wheel bearing. I agreed to leave the car overnight for the repair. It was finished by noontime and the good news was the bearing replacement was covered by warranty and there was no charge for the truck repair. Along the way I was fully informed by Brad who has been with us for many years. More
