This is why I have increasingly chosen to reach out to her specifically - whenever possible - for any of my ongoing vehicle needs. In my opinion...she is setting the "Gold Standard" on the front-line. Beyond her dynamic energy and positive attitude, she is equipped with a knowledge, communication style, attention to detail, respectful way of engaging, and reassuring demeanour that few possess.
