Sales person didn't do what he agreed to I was told by sales guy that he will give me $250 gas card since there was advertisement by dealership for that week. But he never gave once I signed I was told by sales guy that he will give me $250 gas card since there was advertisement by dealership for that week. But he never gave once I signed paper. And I asked him to trade-in my old car but he insisted to sell it outside not at the dealership. Once I signged paper he stopped taking my call or answering my text message. I think i should have took whatever promised before I sign papers. And my credit card was promised once I gave him. I had to cancel and order new one. Someone charged 0 dollar on Apple Itunes. I don't know who did it but happened days just after I gave for my car booking Overall I would not recommend the dealership or the sales person to anyone. I am thinking of complaint to OMVIC for the sales guy. More
