Drew greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle ( no appointment) and made us feel welcome Our experience with Canyon Creek Toyota was exceptional. Drew greeted us as we stepped out of our vehicle ( no appointment) and made us feel welcome immediately. The vehicle we were interested in was made immediately available and Drew is a consummate professional with extensive product knowledge. He continually provided education about the vehicle during the test drive, yet gave us the time to experience driving the Highlander. His answers to our questions were immediately forthcoming. He was with us from start to finish ( past his going home time, both times) and made sure that we were, in fact, comfortable with our choice and our decision. We had been to another Toyota dealership that morning and the difference between the two was night and day. We found the same excellent service through the Finance Department as well.
