Greg and Shane ALWAYS give us great service. They ,although very busy,take the time to explain the service being done and as close to the penny as possible. They know how fussy and pushy I am... They take the time to explain what to expect and the work they completed without skipping information or speaking down to me. Greg and his team are very warm and friendly, I feel very confident and comfortable in the work they do. They provided me with a shuttle ride during servicing and had a wonderful experience each step of the way. Almost 4 years, really like the service !!! This is my first experience with a Honda. I was an old die-hard (Chrysler) Dodge/Jeep supporter, but because I know the Sales Manager Ian, I decide This is my first experience with a Honda. I was an old die-hard (Chrysler) Dodge/Jeep supporter, but because I know the Sales Manager Ian, I decided to try a Honda. I am not disappointed. Although Ian is very busy when I'm in, I truly appreciate my personal Salesman, Darren Davis. High appreciation for Darren!!! Thanks for always making time for me when I'm in Darren :) For Thursday's service appointment I had my first experience with Shane Lambe, and he was excellent... as was Greg Hilton for my previous service visits. Thanks to you both Guys !!! I do like my 2015 Honda CRV. Honestly, I would recommend it to anyone... young drivers or older, experienced drivers like myself... especially here in northern Ontario where (this one is a good example) winters can be a bit brutal.
