Bad experience with the service department Long story short, we tried to get a part tracked down for our Mazda cx-3. Called the service manager ahead as we live 4hrs away, and it is a unique bo Long story short, we tried to get a part tracked down for our Mazda cx-3. Called the service manager ahead as we live 4hrs away, and it is a unique body painted part. Upon arrival received very poor service and were told they had to order it from California and it would be a few days away. Called another Mazda dealer in town and they tracked it down, put it on a plane and had it here for us the next day. Called Sundance to voice my concern and was given dismissive excuses from the service manager rather than an apology. Extremely disappointing when you give a dealship $30,000+ for a new vehicle, but receive better service from another just months later. No complaints about the vehicle or the sales team, but will not be returning to Sundance, nor will we recommend it. More

Salesman Mathio and sales manager Trey were unbelievably helpful, she actually got an amazing deal on a Mazda 3 that had been customized in house, the car is beautiful and they did everything possible to stay within her budget. She is so happy, I’m happy for her, but mostly I’m grateful to Trey and Mathio, thank you so much for pulling out all the stops to make my daughter happy and getting her into and excellet car and an even better deal !!
