I thought that it would take several My 2014 Jeep Cherokee needed a CV Boot replacement. I felt that it should be done under warranty and they agreed. I thought that it would take several days to get the parts, but they brought the parts in overnight and had the job done by noon the next day. Typically, I needed my car working immediately and they responded. My car is getting close to the end of the warranty period, but once they saw the leak, they agreed. Good service -surprisingly affordable I was raised thinking dealerships were always more expensive and always trying to push something the needed to be done and made recommendations to sou I was raised thinking dealerships were always more expensive and always trying to push something the needed to be done and made recommendations to sound urgent when actual fact they weren’t. That isn’t the case I’ve found with Ralph Neale. Actually I was surprised to find that the price of my oil change was actually cheaper than other places. I also called around for quotes on brakes and they were roughly the same or cheaper. The service staff was friendly and courteous and best of all, efficient! More
