Completely satisfied I had in mind a specific vehicle I wanted with specific features. I just walked into this dealership with no appointment. He arranged for a test drive in a similar vehicle. He was very professional and not pushy or arrogant. Pierre found the exact car I wanted and kept me informed on it's journey to his dealership.
