He was able to answer any questions I had, and was extremely knowledgeable. I was introduced to the different staff that I would be dealing with during any servicing that my car would need. Kevin did a thorough job at explaining all of the features of the car and Kylie was so friendly in the finance department. They really make you feel like family there.
