Generally poor service The service department is unorganized not well managed. Management needs an immediate re-vamp to keep this dealership in order! Anyway - Laval is not much further - I have given up with these people!! More

Terrible Service Ever....never again Been twice and never again with there non-sense and no idea what they do for BMW. Horrible experience with them when I ask to put brand new battery and took more than 4 hours to find out how to start the car. Lots of excuses and charging 4 hrs for nothing. Second, it was for engine vibration and misfire, again they cannot determined what's trigger the misfire. They recommend anything to change parts which has nothing to do. Finally they ruin the driver window panel with spell of water either when they wash or left the window open while its raining??? What the heck :( not really a happy camper after all. More

The unprofessional sales person didn't take a minute of his day to call back the client not just to ask him if he was still interested but simply to advise him that the car was sold!! I change my car every 2-3 years and never expected to get service like that at BMW!!! Would never go back and will definitely tell all my friends and family about that experience... BMW sales people should learn to be professional... More

Best dealer in Montréal Island N’hésitez pas à acheter un véhicule de BMW West Island Mr Nessim Malka ma traité comme un roi J’ai eu un problème dans un autre dealer bmw très bien N’hésitez pas à acheter un véhicule de BMW West Island Mr Nessim Malka ma traité comme un roi J’ai eu un problème dans un autre dealer bmw très bien connu avec une x3 avec un milage reculé, et le vendeur qui se nomme ‘golden salesman’, avec son directeur n’ont pas géré la situation d’une façon responsable et pas pris la situation comme grave, pourtant qu’on parle d’un acte criminel au Québec. Alors le gentleman Mr Malka à pris l’initiative en charge pour sauver la réputation du nom bmw et ma offert un bon prix pour une x1 pour gagner un client, pourtant que l’erreur c’est produite par son concurrent. Je vous recommande fortement West Island Merci beaucoup Mr Nessim More

For once at least this time they got me a good price and credit on more broken tires. Worth waiting for. They managed to keep a smile even witn my complaining. Thanks.
