Delay (waiting) I had appointments for 11:30 and I got there by on time. I requested to finish by 2:30 because I need to pickup my kids. At 2 they took my car in and I had appointments for 11:30 and I got there by on time. I requested to finish by 2:30 because I need to pickup my kids. At 2 they took my car in and by 2:30 I was told that my car just got inspected and I was asked to came back a later day. I even requested to provide a car to me so I could get my children dropped off at home and come back to pick up my car but I wasn't given the chance. That is the reason I usually do my oil change from outside because of long wait. I don't understand why you book an appointment if you can't serve by the time you booked. More

Excellent Experience I brought my Outlander in for a recall and although there would be a bit of a wait, I expressed my urgency of getting my vehicle back at a certain tim I brought my Outlander in for a recall and although there would be a bit of a wait, I expressed my urgency of getting my vehicle back at a certain time, Shankar at the service desk, made sure to get my vehicle in right away and my vehicle was repaired and ready for me in the agreed upon time. This made my experience excellent and stress free. More
Horrible I purchased a car from Mitsubishi 2.5 weeks ago. Date that we were supposed to pick the car up appointment booked for 7pm when we got there we were as I purchased a car from Mitsubishi 2.5 weeks ago. Date that we were supposed to pick the car up appointment booked for 7pm when we got there we were asked to go and have a coffee and come back as they were busy, we came back at 8 to give them extra time to ensure everything was completed, we still waiting until 845 by the time we left the dealership it was 920 mind you I was furious because I had my two year old with me. When I got home everything seemed fine until the next day my wife is trying to bring my daughter to day care and relizes we Recieved the wrong spare key, so now she can’t go to work or take out child to where they need to be. I didn’t have the mats that were paid extra for. When bringing this to the dealerships attention waited three days to hear back from someone. Then finally went in when I got the call saying my mats were there; to nobody having a key to retrieve them from service. Brought up the fact that we also don’t have our second key and we got a key to another vehicle no one knew what was going on. Left the car there for a week and a half payed our first car payment that the vehicle spent now majority of the time in the dealers hands then my own. Get a phone call that the vehicle is ready to be picked up and they threw in an extra undercoat. Funny part apart them “throwing in a second undercoat” it’s an option that I had paid for initially which now with the lack of service I now question if it was even done. So we called to let them know we were on our way for the secretary to tell me I cannot pick up the car because it’s to late at 730, I immediately said I don’t think so. I asked to speak to a manager he told us we can come that it is all set. That being said I arrive at the dealership and still don’t have the weather tech mats for my vehicle, only the stock factory mitsubishi mats when noticing this I immediately get angry that yet again drove out to pick up my car to STILL NOT HAVING WHAT I PAID FOR. Spoken to 5 different employees the only person that seems decent and concerned about all the errors that have gone wrong has been Ali. Whom has promised to drive 1 hour to deliver these to me considering I’ve driven to the dealership 5 times, three times after the point of purchase one hour each way to still arrive and nothing be there. Mistakes happen I understand that but the ball has been dropped one too many times with this purchase and dealership that it no longer hold credibility. This is the first vehicle I’ve ever boughten brand new and the whole experience has been a nightmare I just want what I paid for. There is a principle why should I be paying something what is still incomplete. More
guess its a learning experience Just 3 months old and sent the PHEV unit in for some warranty items that were: 1. Speedometer correction - i show 100 kph as im actually doing 92 kph. this ive first noticed with the random speed indication monitors in some neighbourhoods. Ive confirmed same with another veh following me and also glanced over to a random car with big speedo's electronic display I was told this is within their standard. I DONT BELIEVE this as the car is SPEC OEM rims and should be alot better than that or PRECICE as its NEW !!!! 2. the interior cab reading light on the passenger side that is not working after the 2nd month. The mec FORGOT to fix this even after the car was left over night. 3. at he onset of the service i was informed that being a PHEV it needs a specific mec only to work on it. Apparently their mec does not work there full time or something and was not in that day i was booked to drop off the car for service at 930 am HOPEFULLY service does improve and issues are REPAIRED by the time i return for service. This dealership is convenient for my work location More
Good customer service I had an extensive list of minor problems, as it was my first time bringing in my SUV after purchasing it a year ago. I was a bit behind on service an I had an extensive list of minor problems, as it was my first time bringing in my SUV after purchasing it a year ago. I was a bit behind on service and maintenance due to financial circumstances. I was reassured it would be okay and my vehicle would be caught up. I also had a manufacturer recall repaired on it. Not all items were taken care of, due to my long list. However they would do my brakes at no problem. I refused my brake service. I will take in my vehicle on another day to deal with my other issues that are hopefully covered by warranty. Customer service was very good, just annoyed not all items could be taken cared of. No interior/exterior car clean done either which I am surprised because my husband's car used to get cleaned all the time even from a small job like an oil change. My second visit will determine whether or not I will be a loyal customer to this dealership. More
Shuttle service poor but service advisor saves the day I dropped my RVR for a service recall. My car was required to stay overnight. I live in Brampton and was told the shuttle service would take me to Bra I dropped my RVR for a service recall. My car was required to stay overnight. I live in Brampton and was told the shuttle service would take me to Bramalea city center. After checking my vehicle in, I was disappointed with the attitude of the shuttle service rep. He asked me to wait at the dealership because he had to drop a customer off in Mississauga......I agreed which was no issue with me. He told me upon returning, he would drop me next. When he got back, he walked right pass me as if I was invisible and went to 3 other customers who arrived after me. They all proceeded to walk out. When I approached the shuttle rep, he told me he doesn't go to Brampton and that I should have never been told that I would be dropped off in Brampton. Why did he not mention this earlier????? He proceeded to his vehicle and left with the 3 others. I was absolutely flabbergasted and very upset........long story short, the service rep Chris was able to get a vehicle and drop me off. My mind was made up that I would never return to this dealership because of the bad customer service shown by the shuttle rep however, because of the quick actions of Chris, I will reconsider. Thank you Chris and I hope the shuttle rep can be given some refresher training on what it takes to provide GOOD customer service. More
