Very friendly in a professional way I was phoning around for a good deal on a vehicle that had the highest safety rating/fuel for its size (new cx9 signature) to seat my Grandchildren w I was phoning around for a good deal on a vehicle that had the highest safety rating/fuel for its size (new cx9 signature) to seat my Grandchildren when I had them... I didn't know who I was being transferred to and got Tyler on the line, he spoke much differently than the other dealers I spoke with (terrible to say but the others gave me that sleazy car sales feel in differing degrees) if Tyler wasn't sure he'd say he was going to ask his Manager (Manager was awesome!!!), prompted with getting back! I would only recommended Harris Mazda, great experience overall! Also even when I came back down to get extra accessories installed, they were very awesome!!! Shannon Wafler More
