As soon as I walked in I knew! I called WhiteOaks as I was interested in a Ford Escape. The car I originally called for was sold, however there was one available that I wanted to test drive. I arranged to take it for a test drive that same day. As soon as I walked in and saw Spencer’s smile & shook his hand I knew I’d be taken care of from there. What an exceptional young man! His knowledge based on his experience working with Ford is incredible and very comforting. I went to 13 dealers looking for the next move (Honda Toyota, other Ford’s etc.) and I didn’t get the same feeling like I did when I walked into WhiteOaks. You can tell Spencer is honest & genuine and in a world like ours, that’s incredibly hard to find. I’d like to thank Spencer for his patience (answering a million questions I had), his quick response times, his extensive knowledge, getting me in a safe reliable vehicle that fit the right price & for a comfortable experience. Brock made the whole process seem effortless, everything went smoothly and quickly. Our 2017 Ford Edge is a great vehicle and we are enjoying it very much. Whiteoak Ford is a huge dealership with an enormous inventory of vehicles to choose from, I would say it was well worth the drive from Uxbridge. The dealership is spotlessly clean, well organized and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
