The best experience I've had buying a car We went to several other Ford dealerships but they simply didn't have the same quality of service we had experienced here. With the help of Sandeep Ve We went to several other Ford dealerships but they simply didn't have the same quality of service we had experienced here. With the help of Sandeep Verma we were able to find the perfect vehicle. He had gone out of his way each visit to make sure we had the best experience and that the Mustang we wanted was delivered to us as soon as possible. I initially thought we would have to wait a longer time but he somehow managed to find an exact copy of what we wanted in as little as 2 weeks. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to over sell us on anything and didnt pressure us with any add-ons. He is a very knowledgeable person and gave us the pros and cons of the purchace. Since then I have come in for service once and have been treated very well. The people there treat you as if you've known them for a long time and are a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend giving this dealership a visit. More

Fines is more than Fine! When I first walked into the dealership, I met with Mike Boileau. Well, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, Mike emailed me several purchase options regarding the vehicle I was interested in. It was all very detailed and organized, so easy to understand. I had visited other dealerships before and never found anyone to be so attentive and prompt as Mike. This made a big impact on me, and I knew I had come to the right place. The vehicle I wanted was not easy to get, but Magic Mike pulled it off and I could not be more thrilled. My new Navigator is everything I thought it would be. Sensor Issue I purchased a brand new explorers at fine ford and had a great experience with the sale rep. He was very easy to work with however within a day of hav I purchased a brand new explorers at fine ford and had a great experience with the sale rep. He was very easy to work with however within a day of having the car one of the sensors went off so I took it to the dealer, I was told the sensors are sensitive and it was probably nothing. Over the weekend, the sensor continued to go off so I brought it back again, it took a week and a half to get a service appt booked. I spoke with the GM and he mentioned sensors are not something that would've been looked at during the pre delivery inspection. When my car was finally looked at, the service team told me the car had been hit and damaged and the warranty wouldn't cover the repair. I spoke with the GM again, and he agreed to cover the costs of the repairs after a bit of an arguement. Overall the situation could've been handled better by the service team and GM and it was not a positive experience. More

This morning I attended Fines Ford as my almost new 2017 Lincoln MKC (demonstrator) developed a minor problem wherein the small pocket in the centre c This morning I attended Fines Ford as my almost new 2017 Lincoln MKC (demonstrator) developed a minor problem wherein the small pocket in the centre console with the sliding cover locked up for some reason and I couldn't open it. Inside was the registration and insurance details for the car as well as the device that opens the the door to the underground garage in my condo. Not wishing to break the car I went to Fines Ford (I managed to escape the garage following someone else) and told Jody Belford what was happening. Within five minutes she dragged a mechanic away from his work and with a couple of bangs on the side of the console with his fist he freed the cover. Better yet the lady wouldn't let me get away without washing the car. All of this was FREE. Suffice to say I was a happy camper and once again this dealership came through for me when I needed them. I highly recommend Fines Ford mostly because of the way they do business. I trust them completely and that is what matters most when it comes to customer care. More
