New vehicle Purchase I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Persanti last Friday as I was considering trading in my 2012 Cherokee Overland. With no pressure whatsoever Jere I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Persanti last Friday as I was considering trading in my 2012 Cherokee Overland. With no pressure whatsoever Jeremy showed me several options and was offered a Grand Cherokee to take a test drive home and to pick up my wife for a test drive. Upon returning we mentioned that the Cherokee we tested was a bit to tough looking. He understood what our taste for a new vehicle was and offered to show us a Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel. Not much else to say as we very impressed and made a offer which was acceptable to everyone. Jeremy then took us to Daina Miller to sign papers and discuss the extended warranty if wanted. At all times Daina was very informative and helpful. We took a 7 years extended warranty. My wife and I are completely satisfied and felt no pressure from Jeremy or Daina during our meeting. I contacted the dealership after hours in regards to an online post, and received a reply even My experience was great when purchasing my new Charger. I contacted the dealership after hours in regards to an online post, and received a reply even though they were closed at the time. I was able to set up an appointment to come in the following day and look over a few different cars I was considering. I met up with Sirous when I arrived and we looked over the cars. The one I was most interested in (and ended up purchasing) was on display on the rocks, and buried behind several other vehicles, however he made it so that we got it down and I was able to test drive it. Once we finalized the deal and went over my trade in. I ended up getting more than I was expecting for my trade in, which was a great bonus. They were able to secure financing within a couple of hours which was just the icing on the deal. On delivery day both Sirous an I noticed a few scratches we didn't see before and he promised he would send out some touch up paint to me. It took a while for the paint to arrive to the dealership, but once it did, true to his word, Sirous had it couriered to my house. Overall they were friendly and accommodating and I am a happy customer. More

By the time it was ready for delivery I had no way to get to the dealership in time for pick up. So get this : MESSI GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PICK ME UP AT HOME ! Which is a 45 min drive. Amazing.
