Agreed to a price Apr 19, went through two salesman(first one was fired), agreed to pricing than when it came to signing pricing was higher(weird typical smoking mirrors with dealerships and out of town buyers) in 10 days and finally made the arrangements to pick up my truck May 23. Once arrived I figured a few hours and I’d be gone....wrong ended up waiting all day for them to put on rims/tires/alignment/ and cleaning. After all that still had to deal with pay out details and money owing until June 19! All to save a few dollars won’t make that mistake again and will not ever purchase nor recommend to anyone. More

Service department is terrible Went to have my truck looked at for warranty repairs and explained that my truck was leaking transmission fluid. Treated as a joke I am appalled at the lack of professionalism at City Ford Service area. I had my truck booked in yesterday to get a new tonneau cover as the original I am appalled at the lack of professionalism at City Ford Service area. I had my truck booked in yesterday to get a new tonneau cover as the original one they installed was done wrong and caused the plastic box rail covers to lift and warp. They installed the new cover yesterday and told me that there was no warping and everything went back into place. Well when I got off work and went to pick up my truck I went to take a look at and what do you know, the covers were warped. No one was able to do anything about it last night so I went in today. Well when I got there I told the accessories guy who I had been dealing with that the covers are warped. He came outside to take a look. He then laughed at me and said that they weren’t warped. I argued that they were and found a flat object to show him. He then went and got his manager and his manager proceeded to laugh in my face and turned to him employees and called me crazy and treated me like I was a joke. Next the body guy look at it and he agreed with me that they were in fact warped and said that they would be covering the cost to have them replaced as it was their error. I am disgusted that City Ford thinks it’s ok to disrespect people the way they disrespected me. I will NEVER go back there nor do I recommend anyone ever going there. More
