They disclose at delivery car had an accident! I talked to Peter about this vehicle , test drive OK . Car was supposed to be certified .He showed me a printed UCDA no accident .he told me it will t I talked to Peter about this vehicle , test drive OK . Car was supposed to be certified .He showed me a printed UCDA no accident .he told me it will take few days to fix a small problem and service is busy due to long weekend. After 3 days I called to see when can i get the car ,Peter explained he is not allowed to call the service and ask .Weird . Another day i get an email to schedule for delivery . I called ask for total amount , we setup a date . I sent myself to Krista an email to confirm the agreed time and date . I prepared the certified cheque ,i called insurance and get the pink slip , went there on time and first thing wrong : front bumper was misaligned and i could see the parking sensors were not set in properly . They said they haven't touched the bumper . I don't believe it for a second ! Second , they have to show me something , they found out there was a record on carproof of an accident : deer hit $6000 damage ! This information was also disclosed to them by the person trading in the car . So I am wondering why they haven't disclose it from the beginning or later on when they have realized ...Waste of time and money . I got the refund for deposit and nobody even care to apologize . totally unpleasant experience . By the way i have bought another car from them in the past , but I will not go back ever again !! P.S. Peter has contacted me , apologize and explained his situation that he was not aware of this until I cancelled the transaction . I believe him. Still this makes the operating way of the company even more obscure .As the salesman who got the trade in had the info on file-( they showed it to me at delivery ) .Why they don't let salesmen know the history of the car ? Why nobody inform the salesmen if there is important info about the car . Remember this : it is very hard to build a reputation and just very easy to ruin it. More
