Miscommunication to the salesman i bought a model 2016 Jeff Renegade last year April 2017,Actually its run good so far suddenly last week 2018, I found something wrong in my AIR CONDI i bought a model 2016 Jeff Renegade last year April 2017,Actually its run good so far suddenly last week 2018, I found something wrong in my AIR CONDITION to the vehicle. So i decide to make a call to the dealer, and talk one of the representative person working in that time. He's name is Dan, he talk to me and telling me to bring my vehicle in the dealership shop to check and fixed it, so i decide to take a day off even i don't have day off and travel there for 4.5 hours. I drop my vehicle then leave they said "we will call you when is done". After 3 hours he said that there's no part available to my vehicle and need to wait for 5 weeks to get the parts. I'm so pissed off because everything is wasting in time. Dan did not know about the vehicle and he decided to tell me to come in the dealership shop for nothing. and doesn't know what kind of parts i need in my vehicle. I hope you guys do some action about my complain. if Mark Descamento was there for sure it will never happen to me..He always aware for every single problem and give a better solution. More

Finance department forgot to tell me there was air miles point Error on paper work which we found. Probably will not buy another from this company. Many others out there. I buy many cars with my extended family members, but will not recommend this company. nor will I recommend this company to my friends. This is their loss. More
