Service and the advisor failed to call me with an update, so I had to call to follow up. They did call me to let me know that the parts would take 1-4 weeks because Nissan Canada did not have any in stock. Hussein the GM made sure that it was corrected immediately and offered to take care of our first oil change. He came through for us and had our Murano ready in 2 days and not 4 weeks. More
