Exceeded my expectations I needed to replace my Town and Country van in a hurry when it gave out last week. The service department recommended I speak to Aldo. To set the context, I don't enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle. Aldo was knowledgeable and professional, and after speaking on the phone, set up some time for me to test drive vehicles that fit my family's needs. I was able to negotiate a deal that exceeded my expectations; Aldo was able to make the process fast and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
An Experiance I won't forget !!!!! Things like this don't happen to me!!!!! I called and talked to Dale Morisseau about a used Hellcat that was on the lot,,,, which I purchased. Living in Hinton, I was going to bring a trailer and haul my car back. Dale said I should really drive it, and asked a friend of his to fly here to Hinton, and pick me up. Geoff Connerton who works at Cochrane Dodge, is the pilot who came and picked me up. It was a beautiful evening. We flew back through the mountains, and to top it off even had classic rock to listen to :) Dale was an easy person to talk to and deal with, as were the other people I had dealings with,,, Greg Taylor and Kevin Malaschuk. I have to say that Dale,,,, and Geoff went above and beyond, and turned a simple purchase into an experience I won't forget!!!. I hope to meet them again and try to reciprocate. Dale called the next week to check and make sure everything went OK, which I also thought was nice of him. I only gave Dale five stars because I couldn't add more :) Oh and a side note, as I've only owned trucks,,,,,, I'm really enjoying my first car :) Hermann. More

Good experience overall! I was searching for a "new" used SUV and ended up finding the one I really loved. Chad kept in communication with me the whole time and he was able to I was searching for a "new" used SUV and ended up finding the one I really loved. Chad kept in communication with me the whole time and he was able to answer all the questions I had. Chad was flexible and able to work around my crazy work schedule which was helpful as I really wanted to make sure I was making the right purchase. It did take a few tries to find the SUV I wanted at the price I was able to do, but in the end I purchased something I was very happy with. Overall my experience with Chad and Kevin were great. More

He was aware of the service history of my existing vehicle and gave me staff reductions on the extras involved with the new vehicle. On collection of the vehicle he followed up with further assistance on the driving features and the instrumentation (computer and phone aspects). Kevin, the Finance Manager, gave a friendly and efficient review of all the finance issues of the purchase and gave a fair value for my trade-in. All in all a stress-free experience. More

She worked to get the me best deal and she did. She took the time to talk with us to see what we needed, she never once pushed the sale and I felt 100% comfortable buying the vehicle. Being a single mother I have a certain budget and she was able to work with in that budget even though it wasn't much. I would recommend anybody to go see Liisa if they are shopping for a new or used vehicle. Jody More

He was friendly, respectful, and not at all pushy. When we decided to buy he was happy to answer questions about and show us any model and to help us decide what would suit us best. He never rushed us or tried to convince us of anything. Once we made our decision he arranged the paperwork right away and offered to have the vehicle ready for us that afternoon or the next morning. Very efficient with very little to bother us. The guy with the paperwork was equally as friendly and efficient. The lady at the reception desk was also knowledgable and helpful. Other sales people we ran into were of the same ilk. The good experience we found when buying our Pacifica was a deal maker. We have been to many other dealerships where we felt pushed, overwhelmed with the effusiveness of a salesperson. Not so here. We have bought here before and have found the post sale service is provided with the same attitude and caring that we found during the purchasing process. Ann G More

Well....what I can say is that this dealership is hiring a lot of inexperienced professionals and need to focus more on the quality and customer service. Somewhere there is a disconnect which is adding to the bad reputation of this dealership. More
