I regret purchasing here My nightmare continued. After my previous review I brought my vehicle back for the third time as there was still issues with it. The Manager Mike My nightmare continued. After my previous review I brought my vehicle back for the third time as there was still issues with it. The Manager Mike brought me into his office to confront me about my previous review. He was pretty pissed that I gave them a bad review. He totally intimidated me and cornered me. I told him it was obscene to be treated like this as a customer. He grabbed my keys and stormed off and said lets find out whats wrong with your car so you can get out of here! I sat there in the waiting room shaking trying not to cry again at this place. He came back 40 mins later and confirmed there was something seriously wrong with my engine. Which I already knew. He told me I would have to come back in 3 to 4 days and do more testing. A Smoke Test. That I would have to pay for. I called the warranty company and told them what happened. They said I didn't have to go back there if I didn't feel comfortable and gave me another mechanic to go to. I went to the new mechanic the next day and they diagnosed my car in 10 mins. They told me right away that I needed a new Turbo. This is in fact covered under the warranty but now the warranty company is refusing to cover it so thats another 4,000 Out of pocket for me. I didn't do my oil changes at auto-price bc they wouldn't update the computer in the car. They said only BMW could update the software so I did my oil changes there. This is my story. Spent thousands on a warranty that was a false sense of security. Went head to head with the service manager and I'm out thousands of dollars in repairs and maintenance. You can see from their response on my previous review how they feel about me as a customer. I thought I was getting a good deal on a nice car and covering myself with a warranty and I got Scammed. He could give lessons in how to treat a customer. He was informal but courteous, knowledgeable but not arrogant. I felt respected as a customer. I know he had my best interests at heart and I appreciate that. A definite 10 out of ten. This will not be my last car and you can bet I'm going to hunt him down when it's time again. Fair and honest salesperson Matt is a great guy. When I walk in, I was looking to buy my Lexus from them. I was a bit hesitate because I was buying an expensive car not from th Matt is a great guy. When I walk in, I was looking to buy my Lexus from them. I was a bit hesitate because I was buying an expensive car not from the Lexus dealer. Matt spent the time with me and explain the detail with me; and he even compare the deal I found from other dealer to prove to me that his price is fair and reasonable. Others may be cheaper but the carproof was not as good. I ended up buying the car from him. 6 months later, I am still happy with the car. I definitely would recommend this shop. They offered me a fair deal for me trade in as well. More

The next day I got message from Sam I explain Sam about my bad credit in the pass would you Abel to approve me cuz I tried other dealership I get high interest rate so he look at my profile and work very hard to get me a good deal. The next day he called I was approve I was totally shock in terms of interest rate monthly payment was very good on my budget that no other dealership can beat it. I said to myself this is to good to be true then he told me come sign the paper works so I went there as soon I step in I love how organize there show room is nice and clean everyone is very helpful and professional then I meet Sam for the first time very polite, friendly & down to earth.
