Great experience with Henry Huynh-Sales I wanted to give some positive feedback on my recent experience at Lone Star - pre owned. I was greeted by a very personable Henry Huynh, who literal I wanted to give some positive feedback on my recent experience at Lone Star - pre owned. I was greeted by a very personable Henry Huynh, who literally changed my view of "used car sales people". He was clean cut, very educated in vehicles in general and had a great energy about him. Henry litteraly gave me an education on performance vehicles that now have me obsessed with the AMG product. I would highly recommend on an internal standpoint, a lead role within the sales team as he carries all aspects of a great leader and educator. On a external standpoint, if you want an amazing experience with buying or even looking for a car, I highly recommend visiting Henry. Thanks bud and best of luck. More

Any dealer can sell you a car, it's when there is an issue when you find out how you are really treated as a customer. Bravo. Conrad did a great job of explaining the vehicle and Julian with Protex who does their paint protection also impressed me. Great group of folks. More

I leased a GLK for 4 years, all maintenance scheduling and pushing stuff that I did not need or want, arrogance from front desk, to end up with total mess when lease was up and I was not interested in keeping the car. I went to Toyota Henninger, EXCELLENT customer service. Toyota asked for the payout amount from Mercedes, got a statement, paid it out. That was beginning of February. Now, almost end of April, Mercedes is sending me URGENT emails requesting another $1,000 to be paid in 2 days, which cannot figure out why. When Toyota asked for the payout, Toyota paid out the entire amount. Mercedes does NOT have their stuff together, I will never ever buy or lease a Mercedes again. Will never recommend it to anyone. Too bad, for such reputable cars, service is the worst I ever encountered. More

Totally ripped off for a SECOND TIME I purchased a 2015 GL350 from Lone Star two years ago. They sold me on the extended maintenance package. As we winter in the US I was assured that the I purchased a 2015 GL350 from Lone Star two years ago. They sold me on the extended maintenance package. As we winter in the US I was assured that the coverage is vaiid there as well. Although I would pay the US dealer then be reimbursed by Mercedes Canada. Turns out they only covered about 70% . Lone Star didn’t give a xxxx. This December the diesel gas froze and I was charged $450.00 with an explanation that I must use “cheap” gas. I fill up at the VER SAME co-op station they use. To top things off their lot man crashes my GL into a wall to the tune of over $2,700.00 !!! No apology although they did repair it. I have Bought several Audi’s over the past 12 years and have received nothing short of outstanding service from Glenmore Audi. I only bought the GL because the Q7 isn’t quite big enough For my needs. A decision I sincerely regret. More

You get worst service here than at a independent used dealer If you are expecting a loyal treatment since its a Mercedes-Benz dealership, forget it.
