Incompetence and painful experience every time Service manager is incompetent and ignorant with slave employees. We felt terrible witnessing this over and over. Zero technical knowledge and a complete waste of time for the last 3 years. Parts manager is clueless and stuck with a junior team that can’t figure out what part goes on the proper vehicle. They could bot even do an oil change properly as they could not reset the meter as a basic procedural step. If you like incompetent and wasteful, this is the place to go. More
