Poor or no advice form 'service advisers' I feel that service advisers are either misinformed, or push customers toward higher spending. I asked for a full vehicle inspection, and based on inspection results, was recommended, among other services, a trans fluid flush, because the fluid is 'dirty'. 1) my vehicle has a ATF flush only 26 months and 40,000km ago 2) Hyndai owner's manual states that ATF should not be checked under normal driving conditions, and requires a change every 96,000km only under SEVERY usage. "ATF will begin look darker as the vehicle being driven. You should not judge the need to replace the fluid based upon the changed color". I feel the service wasn't warranted. More

Changed my stereotype of a car dealership! Crowfoot Hyundai totally changed my stereotype of a Car Salesman! This dealership went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were in a really tough Crowfoot Hyundai totally changed my stereotype of a Car Salesman! This dealership went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were in a really tough spot and needed a vehicle ASAP. We were only in town for one day and at the end of a very long and discouraging car hunt, we called Crowfoot Hyundai to see one last car... it was only 30 min until close and we were on the other side of the city... in winter rush hour. Jason, Luke & Kristen actually kept the dealership open late so that we could see the vehicle. They never made us feel guilty or pressured after our tardy arrival. They were patient, professional and friendly. Jason hosted us on the best test drive of the day and we loved the vehicle. Luke didn't mess around with the pricing and offered us a straight up fantastic deal with no need for negotiating. Justin helped us out with our Financing the next day via phone and email as we were unable to make it back into town. He was patient and provided us with the details and options that we needed to make our decision. When we picked up the vehicle the following week, it was in even better shape that when we took it for a spin. It was a painless process to get the final details wrapped up and we left town totally happy (& with a full tank of gas to get us home!) :) My best experience at a car dealership EVER. More

Terrible, unfair and their service should be illegal! I had purchased a Mini Cooper 3 months ago and needed to fix it few days ago. The car has been giving me lots of problems and when i went back to the I had purchased a Mini Cooper 3 months ago and needed to fix it few days ago. The car has been giving me lots of problems and when i went back to the Crowfoot Hyundai's dealership to let the manager know that it was unfair, he was very arrogant, rude and lying all the time. He said I was assuming that something was not checked properly, but then how do you explain the problems the car has? I have used it only to go to work and for few kilometers. These people are not honest at all and they overcharge you. When I had asked how much the winter tires would be, they asked me for 2000 dollars...just insane. Finally, I had to pay 450 for a new battery, because obviously they gave me an old battery and I decided to take my car to be checked at the Mini Dealership and they said that the breaks need to be changed, there is a problem with the engine and fuel in the engine oil...all after I had just taken from the previous dealership, which means they did not even fix it properly. Unbelievable! Would not recommend their services at all. More
