After I discovered the vehicle I wanted, I had to break the news that I couldn't complete the purchase until my funds cleared the bank, and by then, I would be incapacitated due to medical issues. He was so kind, that he worked with the "office" people to put the car on hold for me so that I didn't have to loose out on the "deals" while still keeping this Non-Paid vehicle for my payment and pick up before the month end. I must say I was very happy with the thoughtfulness and sincerity of service I experienced with this sales team. More
