Was a bit surprised to be told I lived outside their "zone" for a shuttle ride but pleased that living only a few blocks passed the artificial boundary, they still provided the service home and on pick up of serviced vehicle. IF this is a real problem, before one buys or leases you should be told where you live in the city will impact your services available. I could have gone elsewhere.
