5 hours for a simple key fob replacement I booked an appointment for 8:30am because I had a road trip planned for that day, which I informed them of. I was quoted 30mins to 1 1/2 hours. I had I booked an appointment for 8:30am because I had a road trip planned for that day, which I informed them of. I was quoted 30mins to 1 1/2 hours. I had to phone them at 10:30am because they had not contacted me yet. At that time they told me they wouldn't even look at my car untill noon. At 12:30 they told me it would be another hour until it was done. Putting me almost three hours behind schedule for something that should've taken them an hour. Unimpressive service. I was compromised and apologized to after this review was posted. The team member that apologized was very curtious and friendly while getting to the bottom of the issue. More
