In speaking with their Sales consultant Rollie Poon, unfortunately the replacement vehicle desired was not immediately available, BUT following Rollie's suggestion, and in consultation with Jordan Clarke, General Sales Manager I purchased 2017 E 300 4matic demonstrator to use until my order for a new 2018 S Class could be filled. A predetermined purchase price for my new S Class order, and a predetermined trade in value of the 2017 E Class 300 I purchased for my interim use was negotiated in a very efficient and satisfactory manner making my entire overall experience a most pleasant.
