He spent a great deal of time reassuring me and went out of his way to answer my questions and ease my stress. I appreciate Allan's commitment to his clients and especially the dedication he gave me to find a car that I am comfortable in and happy with. I will be recommending Allan, to all my friends, who wish to buy a car. Kelly was like a breath of fresh air, good humor, organized, easy to talk to and knows her "stuff". Beware This dealership has many additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A$599 doc fee (expected, albeit higher than average This dealership has many additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A$599 doc fee (expected, albeit higher than average). Unexpected is- A $995 finance fee, a $199 insurance transfer fee, air conditioning fee & tire fee. Also was 'mistakenly' charged an extra $1000 on final invoice. None of the additional fees.were.disclosed to me. I only clued into this after the salesman called and asked for even more money, stating they hadn't charged me for the running boards. Which by the way, they give you a FORD accessory book to choose from, then give you cheaper aftermarket running boards. They did admit their mistakes and took responsibility for the over charges and refunded over $2600 to me via check/credit for accessories. The salesman was good, low pressure, friendly. I am happy with the vehicle and the end price I paid. However, the failure to disclose any of the extra and frankly ridiculous fees to the customer is a huge problem. I can imagine I am not the first this has happened to and likely not the last.... Beware. More

Great customer service - super satisfied with the results I had really great experience with this dealership this is my second time purchasing from them Jag was my salesperson this go around and he was great. They really worked hard getting my approval on something that I would like and something that I can afford. I would definitely recommend going to the stealership for a seamless process and options I have nothing to complain about with this purchase or my previous purchase.
