The paperwork and all that was super easy to work with and the insurance company I went through, through the dealership gave me a substantial price drop from what my current insurance company was offering me for the car I got. If I could've changed one thing about the service it would've been on the day they cleaned the car. The dealership cleaned it out roughly 6 days prior to the pick up date which left some dirt spots and made the car just a little but dirtier than I would've liked it. I would've preferred to have had it cleaned the night before just so it would've been that much cleaner for when I picked it up. Other than that minuscule problem (not really even a problem), I rate it 4.5 stars out of 5 More

Subaru and Johnny Vo, what a great combo! My husband and I just purchased our 4th Subaru Legacy today, they're the best, for us anyway. We just can't imagine driving anything else, they're beautiful, well built, have power to spare and come with all the bells and whistles, winter driving is actually fun! As much as we love these cars if we didn't enjoy our experience purchasing our vehicles from Johnny at Subaru Lethbridge we would look elsewhere. The no pressure sales make it so comfortable and easy, it is just a really pleasant place. The customer service here is second to none. The follow up service is fantastic! I did not feel pressured by the salesman nor the FI manager, which was such a change from the usual, at other dealerships I have experienced. Even after I drove my new vehicle off the lot, my salesman and FI manager assisted me with questions I had about the vehicle and the deal afterward. I have previous experiences with the service department too and they provide outstanding service as well. Subaru has their customer's best interest at heart, and that shines through the service they provide. I would recommend Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, or required service. I really appreciated that the service department was honest and transparent. John was really helpful and friendly in the parts department when I initially requested a quote for service. When I decided to go through with the service Chris and his team told me exactly what was going on and made sure my vehicle was ready when promised. When looking into buying a newer Subaru, the sales department was more than happy to assist me. Matt was awesome, he took me around the lot to show me the many of the different models as I hadn't a clue what exactly it was that I was looking for! We sat in a few vehicles-he explained all the features, validated my opinion, and took me for a test drive that felt completely pressure-free. I really appreciated his understanding of me taking the time to think about this decision. Although I haven't bought yet, Matt is really awesome at keeping me updated on inventory without making me feel obligated or pressured to buy right away. I will most definitely be back to see Matt in the future when I am ready to commit.
