Neil was a true professional during the whole process knowing his product probably wouldn’t win over my better half’s wants, I have to say even though we didn’t purchase an Acura Neil made the whole experience at Schlueter a positive one ! New Car Purchase and Service Neil Wyatt at Schlueter Acura has been a person I have dealt with for the past 12 years. I just recently purchased my Third Acura RDX. His attention to service which was exceptional when he was a member of the service team has definitely transitioned to the sales team. They gave me a very fair price for my 2011 RDX. I did not feel I was pressured through the experience and he listened to me when I explained my situation and what my budget was. In the end we agreed on a demo at a very fair price. I am thrilled with my new RDX and highly recommend Schlueter Acura. I will continue to get my car serviced their as their service and attention to customers is second to none. Neil is great and I personally would recommend anyone new to Schlueters to ask for Neil. You will not be disappointed. More

I know, those parts are not popular, but I was ready to pay the price several times as much as I'd pay ordering them from some other places (the shipping would eat up the difference if few items). I have another source of OEM parts from Japan (won't ad): delivery isn't free, counting per kg, and I pay PayPal overhead, and I pay sales tax there in Japan, and I pay full customs, processing, and sales tax here in Canada... gosh, it's cheaper if your order is >~ $100, and it takes about 1 week for the parts to arrive. Is it just an attitude if they make little money on you? More

Customer Service? Acura builds great cars, offers xxxx customer service. If you buy one, don't do it for the warranty or quality of service buy it for the engineers. Schlueter location is especially bad in the service department, I'd recommend going to Maple Acura service department much friendlier and trustworthy. They don't do complimentary work to the same level as Maple Acura offers. As Acura Canada says each location is it's own and they are not responsible for any of it. There is no shared standards between locations, so pick your location wisely. More
