He's very knowl My experience at Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary was nothing short of excellent. Rob Nelles helped me find my dream vehicle, GLK 250. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was surprised when he agreed to stay after his shift to do a couple test drive. I didn't feel rushed at all and he then told me to think about it, talk it over with my husband and get back to him whenever I was ready. When I came back to purchase my vehicle with my husband, he made us feel very comfortable, offering us something to drink and eat (another thing I love about this dealership) and explaining the process of purchase. Their customer service is phenomenal. In fact, my husband was so impressed with Mr. Nelles and the dealership that he purchased a CLA 250 too. We also dealt with Neal and Vanja and they too were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend seeing Rob Nelles if you're in search of a vehicle. I know he'll take good care of you! More

Very unprofessional and total waste of time. Met with sales person Rob Nelles after emailing back and forth about a 2014 C350 in their stock, I brought my son along because he helped pick out my Met with sales person Rob Nelles after emailing back and forth about a 2014 C350 in their stock, I brought my son along because he helped pick out my 2008 C350 at Lone star Mercedes. We noticed an E350 in the lot before we met with Rob. After discussing my trade in we mentioned wanting to come back Monday to look at the E350, this seemed to be very frustrating to Rob, anyway I was offered 7000.00 trade in value for my Mercedes C350 with 108,000 Km and in immaculate condition except for a broken windshield ??????? I was offered 14000.00 at Lone Star 10 months ago and yes I realize it would've gone down slightly since then, however Lonestar didn't have any 2014 or 2015 C350s in stock but after my experience at downtown Mercedes I will be waiting for one to become available at Lone Star. Very condenscending attitude from Rob Nelles because he couldn't make a sale immediately. Never again! More
