Thought I will change my review for making an effort to make things straight finally. Second Update: I am updating my review after two weeks of my five star review. The worst post sale experience ever. Three weeks after and sales agent has not yet sent the papers to my insurance company after he made promises multiple times. Many phone calls and multiple emails, voicemails and they just ignore and never responds. Not just that, we picked up our brand new car with some black spots on the hood. Logan promised it will be fixed in few days, again three weeks nothing. Never gave us an appointment and they keep ignoring our follow-up calls. Purchased remote starter with the car, still waiting for an appointment to get that installed as well. Called the Financial manager to see if he can do something he simply said he changed to sales now and he is not able to help. Someway to treat customers. First Update:We had a great experience with our recent Forte purchase at Lockwood Kia. They were not pushy at all. Logan was very friendly and took the time to explain the cars and their features . Sale paper work with Michael Houlguin was pleasant as well. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend! More
