Never Again So I bring my 2002 X5 for a recall. Only the mech key was working and I made them aware that the doors do not lock as I don't use the FOB key and they asked that I leave that too. F Only the mech key was working and I made them aware that the doors do not lock as I don't use the FOB key and they asked that I leave that too. For some unknown fact they drove the car to the bay and managed to lock the car. All of their techs could not open my car. On top of this they are charging me $187+ for their efforts and now I have to tow my car at my expense to my mechanic. SMH More

Service was ok but never offered a carwash of the car they serviced. I had to go back to the reception and ask for why it was not washed and the response was carwash not working with no timeline to be op they serviced.
