Couldn’t even get a callback to get an appointment for assessing a problem; 2 weeks later I had to get the car towed in. I really wish I can say good things, ‘cause I’m satisfied with my MINI. But the service itself is really subpar: the agent is very inexperienced - missing paperwork, fail to process payment, cannot keep conv with my MINI.
