The service department has been courteous. I did bring the vehicle in for an item that unfortunately was not fully repaired. Only issue is the product that most likely should not be sold in our climate or it should be warranted for much longer than standard as the issue is well known. More

Booked my tire change as I store them at the site- 2. 5 weeks I. Advance, they called to confirm with me and after leaving my car for 2 hours I was told they did not pull the tires- and can not do the wor 5 weeks I. They could or did not offer me any solution other than picking my car up on Wednesday a week later to do the change. This is the second time this has happened. I did not feel like our business my business was is in any way valued. Left to feel like I would never use their service or product again. I would have offered a rental with snow tires for the week until work could be completed. Customer service is not something you provide in a situation when you fail the client. More

Got my Gladiator in 2020 and just picked up a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Hybrid 4xe. Eddie was great and worked hard to get me into the perfect trim.
