The sales representative said the car had remote start, it does not. I was not shown any of the features of my vehicle and nor have to visit a different dealership to learn about my 2021 rvr gt. The car was sold unwashed with half a tank of gas. The finance person had a different final price then my sales rep but they texted that. They told me if I bought the winter package then the dealership where I moved to would honor that service for life. Good thing I said no cause the dealership in Sudbury I’m not set up to deal with undercoating or the other options that nanaimo tried to sell me. More

I was told to bring my car in to be fully detailed after buying a used car. I left my car there for nearly 6 hours and it doesn’t even look like they vacuumed it as I found food and other things in the cup buying a used car. I left my car there for nearly 6 hours and it doesn’t even look like they vacuumed it as I found food and other things in the cup holders in the back from the previous owner and nothing was wiped out. I’m pretty disappointed my car still looks dirty inside after financing the car for over 40k. More

Disappointed that they didn’t include a detail or even cleaning. The exterior was only quickly washed. This a new 2022 vehicle and I expected a little more care with my service.
