Very poor customer service from the service department at this dealership. I have used this dealership a number of times because they are local to me, and have become very disappointed with the level of service from the staff. The issues I've had to deal with are such as not receiving a call once my car was ready. On one occasion I called a number of times to find out if my car was ready for pickup and was told that someone would call back, which they never did. On another occasion when I had an issue with the transmission control module on my car, I was told that I would have to pay for the part to be replaced. However, the part was still under warranty and was replaced for free from another dealership. Today, I took my car in for a service and the staff were too busy to look away from their computer screens to even acknowledge that a customer was waiting. I was the only customer in the office at the time. When I asked for their opinion on a minor issue, they were quick to say, we need to connect a machine to find the problem and were not even willing to understand or even give their opinion on what the problem may be. The sense I get is that they are just trying to scam money out of their customers at every point. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the service department at this dealership and will not be using them again.

November 12, 2022 We recently bought a custom ordered 2022 Maverick XLT Ford Hybrid pick-up truck from the Metro Ford dealer, Port Coquitlam, BC and traded in our former mint conditioned 2018 Escape FWD with low mileage and no accidents. The salesman, Nick Dunkley is a high caliber superstar worthy of kudos and a good candidate for an award to his immeasurable credit. He polished the image, customer service experience and reputation of Ford with his professionalism and patience. We've dealt with other Ford dealerships and others and Nick Dunkley sets the bar high. We have bought five Fords in the past 25 years (4 new, 1 pre-used), and this was a first-time ordering a vehicle and a new experience with this dealer.
