Young Zhou at Crown Toyota Scion

This is the second Toyota that we have bought from Young. He is very knowledgable and helpful. He has been very good to us. He always has the time to see us.

Young Zhou is very helpful and has a great experience. We are happy with the Sunshine Toyota customer service. I would definitely refer my friends/colleagues to Young if they were looking to lease/purchase a new/used Toyota.

Young Zhou is an exceptionally knowledgeable, veteran sales associate at Sunshine Toyota (now Crown Toyota Scion). I've leased multiple vehicles from Young through the years, and have always been more than satisfied with his service and manner. He's never been a pushy sales person, and has always been willing to work with me to ensure that my vehicle(s) have been to up to expectations.

I'd happily refer people to Young if they're looking to lease or purchase a new (or used) Toyota (or Scion) - he's top notch!

Young was very helpful and had given us a very great experience after having had a very bad experience with other Toyota dealership (Toyota McPhillips). We are so happy with the deal we got. Ji was very enthusiastic in showing us the features of our new Sienna and he was genuinely very happy for us.

Recently purchased a new van from Young. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through him and both occasions were satisfying experiences. Very friendly and relaxing experience... no over-selling / pressure. Financing was done through Brian. Jeff turned the vehicle over to us, after demonstrating the features. All employees were very informative and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product.

We have been dealing with Sunshine Toyota since 1999 when we leased our first vehicle from them. We then bought a used Sienna from Sunshine, and have now just bought a new Prius C. Through the years we believe that their customer service has improved, although it always has been good. This time around, our salesperson was very informative and communicative, updating us throughout our wait period for our new vehicle. Despite a slight wait when picking up our vehicle, the team at Sunshine Toyota has proven to be completely intent on making our experience in buying a new vehicle a painless and successful one. In my experience, Sunshine Toyota is a car dealership that emphasizes quality, fairness and customer service. My wife and I wanted to replace our older Camry with a new Camry and we connected with Young Zhou, who was very cordial in accommodating our varying time schedule to visit the dealership and review the new Camry models. Young Zhou was very knowledgable about the different models and provided us with a comprehensive understanding of the similarities and differences among the models. We drove the prospective vehicles and Mr Zhou outlined the features of each. We had a lengthy and informative discussion with him about our needs and what model would best suit those needs. Young Zhou was very professional and helpful during our discussion, including our discussion on price for the vehicle we ultimately thought was best for us - the LXE V6. In the end both my wife and I think we have a high quality vehicle that will serve us well and we thank Young Zhou for his forbearance during our many questions, to which he always gave frank answers. His advice was from a technical perspective and not from a sell perspective. Many thanks. We intend to keep going back.

We purchased our first Sienna at this dealership 7 years ago, and went back last week to view the vehicles on site at this dealership. Prior to our visit, we did some research online in addition to visits to other dealerships for competing product. Young Zhou was very knowledgeable, friendly,polite, and there was no high pressure to purchase, just information about how to make the best decision on what vehicle to purchase, bearing in mind our needs.
Yesterday we picked up the 3rd Sienna we have owned (the last 2 of which came from Sunshine. It is a 2011 & although preowned was in very clean condition.
Young Zhou and the rest of the Sunshine sales team have met our high expectations.
We will review the service side of the Sunshine equation when we start bringing our van into the service bay.

My wife and I were return customers to Sunshine Toyota. We purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Sunshine in 2007. When we decided to trade in our 4Runner for a 2011 Limited Edition we were happy to come back to Sunshine...in spite of the fact we live 3 hours outside of the city. As far as we are concerned the management and staff went above and beyond to make our buying experience as seamless as possible. We were confident in our decision to return and do business with Sunshine. Young, Mike and Dale did not disappoint either of us. Sunshine Toyota and their staff embody what so many other customer service oriented businesses are lacking today..."Professionalism, Courtesy and Client Centered Service! Young, Mike and Dale.....you guys rock!!! We are loving our new 2011 Limited Edition "Blizzard Pearl" with the "Nav Package". Thanks for making a couple of regular blue collar workers feel like a couple of VIP's! We sincerely appreciated everything you did for us!
