I really wish I had gone to a real body shop. The dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I would call to beg for my car back and no one ever returned dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I would call to beg for my car back and no one ever returned my messages. I was finally promised my car back and they then took 4 more business days to give it back. I plan on turning in my lease and going to Toyota. I will NEVER deal with Honda again, especially this Honda dealership. I am so angry and Olán on telling everyone I see how horribly I was treated. I also plan on leaving this negative review on as many sites as possible. More

Took 2 hours to get my oil change done with an appointment time. They dont have any sense of urgency. Every time I went to check on my car, it was still sitting up with nobody working on it. My ca appointment time. They dont have any sense of urgency. Every time I went to check on my car, it was still sitting up with nobody working on it. My car then disappeared from the shop for about 30 minutes and I finally found it parked at the front later. I went to go find my sales person and he was mingling with other staff and said, "Oh, I was looking for you, but I had to say hi to some people first." Two hours of waiting for a simple oil change. Everybody is there for an 8-10 hour shift and they don't care how long anybody else has to be there. Won't be coming back. More
