I visited Car Max and another dealership and while they were OK, they did not make me feel like a member of the family. When I left Criswell Acura of Annapolis, I felt as though I had gained new friends a were OK, they did not make me feel like a member of the family. When I left Criswell Acura of Annapolis, I felt as though I had gained new friends and was indeed part of an extended family. More importantly, my wife who was with me, was also very impressed. Their patience, approach, attitude and overall demeanor was genuine. We enjoyed the experience and never felt pressure in any respect. We both would recommend Criswell to friends and relatives. More

I greatly appreciated the team approach that Alan and Vance demonstrated in showing me a selection of Audis and Acuras at Criswell, both new and pre-owned. In the market for a luxury SUV after decades o Vance demonstrated in showing me a selection of Audis and Acuras at Criswell, both new and pre-owned. In the market for a luxury SUV after decades of driving manual transmission cars, I returned to Criswell after several unsatisfying visits with other dealers where I scoped out the competition offered by BMW, Infiniti, and others. Sales Rep Vance and the sales manager Lamont quickly negotiated a fair price after Alan Hannon's convincing arguments while test driving used Audis and Acuras that I wanted to return to Criswell to buy one of their cars, whether used or new; he also helped secure a fair tade for my used Mazda, while Vance quickly found a car on the lot at closing time Saturday that had exactly the trim line I wanted--not more. Unlike some Annapolis dealers, the sales process was professional yet low stress and friendly--there was no untoward pressure or unwanted dealer add-ons like rust proofing, roof racks, or running boards on the car I wanted. Vance stayed 2-1/2 hours after closing to ensure that the RDX was delivered to me in style while Lamont and Mustafa stayed late as well to nail down the sale and financing before the dealership closed for the weekend (no Sunday showroom hours for any car dealer in Anne Arundel County!). A special shout-out goes to Mustafa, who like his colleagues made this an exceptional buying experience: unlike many Finance Officers who pressure you to buy thousands of dollars of unwanted services and options, he swiftly executed the sale after explaining the additional offerings available (e.g., extended warranty, paint protection etc) and had the expertise to secure the advertised 0.9% financing and transfer my vanity tags from one class of vehicle (car) to another (SUV) despite balky MVA software. The team at Criswell Acura is great and I look forward to similar positive experiences with their service department (which hopefully will be once in a blue moon given how well built Acuras are and how minimal the maintenance schedule is compared to some of my previous vehicles). Thank you Vance, Alan, Mustafa and Lamont for a job well done. More

We purchased a vehicle from Alan Hannon 10 years ago and we had a very good experience. When we realized we were in the market again we immediately reached out to Alan to see if he could help us. When we arrived Alan was waiting for us and he also enlisted another salesman, Vance Ellis, to assist us during our purchase. Vance was great too. They both took great care of us, spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions and feel we got a great deal and even better service. We will be in the market for another vehicle in 2 years and no questions asked, will be going back to Alan. Thank you for a great experience and serving us so well. More

My experience at Criswell Acura was a great one. I was able to get the vehicle (Acura MDX) I wanted for great price and a fair price on my trade-in. There was no haggling or going back and forth like most dealerships, where they have you waiting around wasting your time. Alan and Vance were great. I felt like they actually cared and were not just trying make a sale. They even shared a home cooked lunch with me, since I was there during lunch time. Dawn was able to get me a fantastic APR, my own bank couldn't even beat it. Thanks again guys, we love our new car! More

Almost a week ago we bought a used 2007 Acura TL from Criswell. The car was in amazing condition and very clean inside and out, but the best part about this dealership is beyond the car. Everyone of their staff is respectful, friendly and truly invested to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your experience. Vance was extremely personable and sat in the car spending plenty of time going over the functionality of the car and all the features available. Alan made sure that we were happy with both the car and the agreement, sincerely keeping our best interest in mind. More

Fantastic car buying experience! What a pleasure dealing with Alan and Vance. Price was great,(negotiated quickly). The car looked fantastic (as described).
