I searched high and low on the internet for a great price on a low-mileage, used MDX and Criswell had one. Vance contacted me and worked with me on the price to get me into my comfort zone and I then went in to see the car. Everything was perfect including a very fair price. Vance also introduced me to Alan Hannon who helped on the pricing and also gave me a great deal of background on the car including maintenance work Criswell had just performed, well ahead of the recommended maintenance schedule, saving me a substantial amount of money over the next few years. Dawn Harper was very helpful as well!! These guys are the real deal, they are as nice as can be and project an awesome image for Criswell. I will be back to Criswell and you should go there as well!!! A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

We keep going back there because they provide tremendous service and at the end of the sales experience we feel treated fairly and that we ended up with a "win-win" deal. This time, Alan Hannon was welcoming and friendly and accommodated all our needs. He helped us choose a beautiful 2014 TL w/Tech which had been used as a loaner. The mileage was very low and the price was tremendous based upon our pre-purchase internet research. Alan also rewarded us well for our loyalty over the years during our discussion of price. Vance Ellis made it easy to put all the preliminary paperwork together, went with us for a great test drive and helped us understand all of the intricate technical aspects of our new car. It was like spending time with an old friend. Then, while we were waiting to finalize the paperwork, George Criswell came down and personally thanked us for our loyalty over the years. He really made us feel like part of the Criswell family. My wife and I can't imagine a better car buying experience and recommend Criswell Acura to anyone thinking about a pre-owned or new Acura. Great deal on a used car We weren't expecting to buy when we walked into Criswell on a rainy Saturday to look at some used Subaru's they had. But Vance Ellis did a great job showing us the cars and was willing to take our best offer to the manager despite a bit of a gap. To our surprise, the sales manager Alan was willing to take the offer to the general manager and we walked out with a great looking Subaru that night. The whole group was professional and really wanted us to get the best deal. They were also extremely accommodating of us having to tend to our 6 month old during the process. I would highly recommend these guys. They weren't high pressure and were a pleasure to work with. More

Vance Ellis had it ready for us, and took us out to drive it. He's a super friendly guy and knowledgeable about Acuras. He did not try to steamroll us into buying it immediately or show us other cars we didn't want to see. He knew we were focused and really just starting the process. But, it was a great deal and in great condition. He & Alan Hannon, the sales manager, worked with us professionally without pressure. We ended up driving home to get the trade in car & were pleasantly surprised with what they could give us for it. We bought our new, certified pre-owned Acura MDX that night, driving it off the lot, happily. We had friends that had bought 2 cars from Alan and the customer service they have experienced, even during routine oil changes, has been superior. We will look forward to the same as we need to bring the car in. More

Amazing experience at Criswell A few months back I called Alan and Vance and asked to keep an eye out for a 2011 or 12 MPR. Every time one came it they called. When the right one with 22k miles showed up I drove right down. The car was ready, fresh out of detail. Having bought cars their before I knew the deal would be fair and it was. I drove it home the next day. Vance and Alan took all the time I needed to learn the GPS, sound system, how to work the knob etc. I can't imagine being treated any better than the way Criswell and Alan treated me. A pleasant buying experience I had purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot in July 2013 from Vance and Alan. They gave me a great deal and made the experience very pleasant. Unfortunately, I had purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot in July 2013 from Vance and Alan. They gave me a great deal and made the experience very pleasant. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident where this car was totaled in March 2014. Vance & Alan were more than helpful in finding me a replacement car within a few days....it was the same year and model as the car that I had lost....just a different color. I was more than pleased with the speed and efficiency with which we were able to conclude this transaction. I will always consider Criswell for my automotive needs! More
