We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura from Criswell in Annapolis, MD and I would rate the quality of the sales experience on par with Honda quality. With the resources available, everyone should be an "educated consumer". I knew what I wanted and was willing to pay for a vehicle. There was no haggling, hidden costs or gameplay by their sales team. We agreed on a price and completed the buying process in about 2 hours. More

He was waiting for me, and my sister, and drove us to the dealership. The car was everything he had promised. The new showroom was stunning. Thanks to all the staff that had a part in making a day easier. It was definitely worth the flight from Cincinnati to Annapolis. My sister and I had a great time driving back to the Bluegrass. Great Buying Experience My wife and I had a truly great experience buying our Acura RDX. Our salesman Vance and the Sales Manager Alan were a joy to work with. Both were ve My wife and I had a truly great experience buying our Acura RDX. Our salesman Vance and the Sales Manager Alan were a joy to work with. Both were very helpful answering my many questions. We did not feel any pressure purchasing our vehicle. We received a great deal and got a really good trade in value for our car. The entire process went smoothly. After the sale, both Vance and Alan spent a lot of time going over all the cars features. We came back in a week later to have Splash Guards added, and when we were finished with the Service Department, Alan and Vance spent another hour going back over many of the car's features and setting up our personal settings. We will both be returning to this dealership in the future thanks to both Vance and Alan. Also, Dawn in the Finance Department was friendly and very efficient and completed the process quickly. More

Incredible Customer Service We recently purchased a used 2014 Nissan Rogue from Criswell Auto, and I can honestly say this was the BEST and the EASIEST car buying experience ever We recently purchased a used 2014 Nissan Rogue from Criswell Auto, and I can honestly say this was the BEST and the EASIEST car buying experience ever. Mr. Criswell has an extraordinary team working at his Annapolis Acura dealership. The customer service we received was second to none. We worked with Vance Ellis and Alan Hannon, and Jerry Todd for financing. Each of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and so helpful. Never at any point did I feel like they were trying to make us buy a car. Instead, it seemed like they really wanted to help us make the right decision for our family. Even though we were at a high-end Audi and Acura dealership, and we were looking to purchase a used car for our family, rather than a luxury automobile, they treated us like we were VIP's. I highly recommend Criswell dealership. Seek out the advice and services of Vance, Alan and Jerry.....though I suspect all of the employees at Criswell are extraordinarily professional. My fiancé and I test drove the Acura TLX a few weeks before we cam Dealing with Vance and Alan has changed my attitude towards the car buying process. My fiancé and I test drove the Acura TLX a few weeks before we came back to make the final decision. I went straight back to Vance, and I was pleased to see he remembered me. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee to trade in for my new Acura, and the entire time they had my best interest at hand. I understood they couldn't give me what CarMax quoted for my Jeep, but they explained my options clearly and left nothing to be wondered. While signing the paperwork, Dawn was efficient and you could tell she knew her stuff. It's reassuring to have your questions answered without hesitation and with confidence. Alan and Vance reminded me of my family; they were honest, friendly, and I felt like I knew them for years. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Criswell for my new Acura! Or Audi :-) More

Any thing you needed was there. Alan Hannon and Vance Ellis made sure we were involved in all conversations regarding the deal. They made sure we knew all the bells and whistles on the vehicle before we left. They even called to see if we needed to come back for tutorial! I would recommend Criswell's to anyone looking to buy a new or pre owned vehicle. We already started spreading the word about Criswell's to our friends and neighbors!! More
