Crown Mazda has much to offer if you are looking for great cars and great service! My wife and I recently purchased a Mazda3 from there after the car we were driving had a major breakdown. Everyone was super friendly,VERY helpful, and when we wanted some work done on the car, cooperation was complete. Thank you guys! I would recommend Crown Mazda to anyone who wants to drive a great car and be treated like family through your entire experience!

We found Crown Mazda on the internet while looking for a Mazda 3 to replace the one that was written off from an accident. Brendon was very friendly and non pressuring. After discussing our needs he found just the right vehicle for us. James was also very friendly and courteous as he explained our finance options. We felt we got a great deal on a used 2011 Mazda 3 with 17,500 kms. We needed cruise control which we negotiated into the deal. We would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership when you are in search for a great Mazda product.

Wes is a very friendly personable salesman with a pleasant demeanor. He was not
pushy or over bearing and gave us our personal space to make the decision to make our
purchase.

We were very pleased with the friendliness and willingness of the staff!

The only reason I rated the price of vehicle as a 4 is because there was not any budge on the price of the used vehicle we purchased. It always makes a customer feel better about "getting a better deal" even if there is a tiny bit of movement on the price of a vehicle. But it was a decent price to begin with - we don't feel jipped.

The experience with the salesman and finance manager was great! They really made buying the vehicle a FUN experience. They were very friendly and helpful!

There were a few items the vehicle needed that weren't in it when we were ready to buy it. One of the managers went above and beyond to replace the part that was missing with an even higher quality one than was needed - that goes a long way with feeling like you're getting a good deal. MUCH appreciated!

The experience at the service department was fabulous! I absolutely felt well taken care of. Again, went above and beyond expectations. Thank you!

After buying the vehicle we noticed a few things missing and the salesman and service dept completely took care of everything! It was great to know that even after we signed the deal and they could have said "you'll have to pay for this if you didn't notice it" they took care of everything.

The first time we talked to Wes felt reassuring. We felt that he wants what's best for us. He helped us figure out what we need and made sure our math is correct! :) After considering the value of the car, our budget and experience, we are now driving a brand new CX5 2013!!!

I had been looking for a used Ford Edge for a couple of weeks when I saw the 2012 at Crown Mazda. I phoned and spoke to Clive Carter and arranged to see the vehicle.

I was very impressed with the professional and courteous manner in which Clive handled my queries.

I now am driving the best vehicle that I have ever had, yet and am glad to have found it at Crown Mazda.
