Seth was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was searching for a very specific car locally (Plattsburgh) and the dealers were not able to locate one. Seth quickly found the car and got it on o I was searching for a very specific car locally (Plattsburgh) and the dealers were not able to locate one. Seth quickly found the car and got it on order for me. Getting to pick up the car was a bit of a challenge due to the distance. Seth picked me up at the ferry and even had a courtesy return ferry ticket for me. At the dealership he quickly had me in and out. No pressure, took me for a test drive, organized insurance and NY DMV requirements. The financial manager (whose name I forget) again was efficient and no pressure. While Heritage is a bit of a drive for me I would certainly contact them first when I’m next in the market for a car. More

Frankie saw me wandering around the Heritage dealership looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that looking at displays and he was the first one to greet me and ask if he could help me. He was very easy to converse with and helped me determine that the Highlander was not the best fit for me, but the RAV4 Prime was! Later, while I was out on a walk, Frankie found a new 2023 Supersonic Red RAV4 Prime scheduled to get loaded on a truck and be transported to Heritage. He put a hold on it for me and when it was delivered and got detailed, I arrived to find it being charged and it had a SOLD sign on it with my name! And Frankie was so helpful when we had a difficult time getting our credit bureau file unlocked and demonstrated all of the features and controls on the car, patiently answering all questions. I highly recommend Frankie and the Heritage Toyota dealership, they were fantastic! More
