After getting this number I was given a Xplan number the next day from a family friend and presented it ti Tracy, even after processing this updated figure the original quoted number from Tracy was within 20.00 per month. Great experience from start to finish. My vehicle was prepped for delivery when we arrived. Tracy is awesome, and had Bill all ready to go. He even set up Sync to my existing account for me. I have heard that Walker Ford was a reputable and quality dealership. I watched their ads in the local the Tampa Bay Times and compared their pricing models VS other dealerships and felt comfortable that the dealership. My neighbor bought from them and told me that he had an excellent experience and would buy there again. From the minute I walked in, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and willing to explain everything in detail. They didn't rush me, and really cared to know that I was okay and understood the paperwork and later on, each of the features of the vehicle. They even helped coach me regarding the best finance program with my interests in mind. As the deal was being processed, numerous employees approached me and thanked me for joining their "family". They made me really feel wonderful. Everything they promised, they delivered. This store is one class act and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car. Now I know why they won Ford's distinguished Presidents Award for 2012...I'm sure they will accomplish that again in 2013. More

I leased a 2013 Edge from Walker Ford on 5/30/13. This was our first visit to Walker. It was a pleasant experience. We returned to Walker Ford on 7/10/13 to get help with the Sync System. We met with was our first visit to Walker. It was a pleasant experience. We returned to Walker Ford on 7/10/13 to get help with the Sync System. We met with Tracy Affrunti. What a special person. She spent a great deal of time with us. It was determined that we needed a new cell phone to hook to the SYNC System. She printed us a copy of the cell phones which were compatible with Sync. She also spent much time showing us the Sync programs and what we could do with the applications. We certainly are not the most tech savvy people. She was so very patient and assured us if we had any additional questions, she was available for help. Tracy also told us to come back to activate our phone. I retired from Ford Motor in Dearborn, MI with 34 years of service in 1999. Over the years we have only driven Ford or Lincoln products, both leasing and purchasing them. Please know that Walker Ford is the best dealership I have ever encountered. The respect and friendliness that we encountered was truly magnificent. I think the above paragraphs certainly shows why I have rated Walker so high. As long as we are residing in Florida, we will make Walker Ford our dealership. I must stress again what a wonderful asset Tracy is to Walker Ford. Not only her personality but her complete knowlege of all the facets of Ford products. She certainly is unique.
