Tracy was going to help me get into a new lease but something came up that needed her attention so Robert helped me while Tracy dealt with a few other items but together they got the deal done. The only thing that I wish had got included into the lease deal were the add on of the tint and bed liner which I forgot to ask for ahead of time. Already working with Denise on those items and she might have found a step for me which I'm pretty excited about if Walker Ford can come up with one cause it was the only item I didn't get on the truck that I wish I had. So much for my introduction informing you of my automobile experience. However, never have I experienced such a great professional group as I did when dealing with your people, all of which were courteous, friendly, and experienced professionals who made my visit most rewarding, almost forcing me to buy to say thank you. I did buy an Escape SE that I liked. I must mention Mike Olsen who has been my service manager at Scaritt and now Walker so it was good to see a friendly face giving me a high comfort level. I will never go any place else for a car but Walker Ford. I will use Tracy as my rep as long as she is there and if I can't find her I'll keep coming back to Walker. I am a repeat customer at Walker Ford. The people at this dealership have always been patient in helping me select my new lease vehicles. I shop around for my new cars (and I don't always get a Ford), but it is next to impossible to get the detailed cost information that I need from non-Ford dealers without having to stop in at their dealership and go through all the arm-twisting sales pitches. The Ford web-site is the best by far. I can build my Ford and get price estimates immediately. Then I email Tracy at Walker Ford and she will write up proposal after proposal for all the 'what-if' scenarios I come up - all by email without me having to step foot in the dealership. Tracy will alway find the exact vehicle I want so I don't have to drive around to other dealers looking for it. David answered all my questions when I test drove my C-Max Energi and he was very helpful in processing the final paperwork. And Traci and Mickey always have their forms lined up and ready to go when I arrive to pick up my car. They make it easy for me to get in and out of the dealership and drive away in my new car in about an hour which is outstanding customer service! More
